1. Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice and include applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices shown at checkout are those in effect at the time of ordering. Delivery charges are applied at checkout and are based on Royal Mail delivery within the UK mainland (excluding some postcodes).
2. Orders
Orders can be placed online 24/7. We aim to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays). If an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a refund. Please ensure that your contact details (email and phone number) are correct to avoid delays.
3. Payments
All payments are accepted in UK pounds (£) sterling. We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal.
Payments are securely processed, and we do not store your card details after payment has been completed.
4. Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted at our discretion. Once goods have been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us immediately. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or system errors.
If your order includes perishable items (such as frozen or dried meat), it will be carefully packed with insulation or ice packs to maintain quality. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Karoo Foods UK is not responsible for spoilage due to missed deliveries or delayed collection.
You must notify us within 24 hours of dispatch notification if your parcel has not arrived. Claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt.

Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.
7. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on order weight and delivery method. Orders over a certain value (as specified on our website) may qualify for free UK mainland delivery.
8. Damage or Loss in Transit
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt via email with photographs of the damaged items and packaging. Packaging should be retained for inspection.

Perishable items cannot be returned once opened or partially consumed.

Returns & Shipping Policy
Shipping:
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
Returns:
We take pride in the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of food items, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds:
